Summer Cottage by Siemasko +Verbridge

Nestled on a lake in upstate New York, rests this newly constructed year round residence. The house is designed for two, yet provides plenty of space for adult children and grandchildren to come and visit. The serenity of the lake is captured with an open floor plan, anchored by fireplaces to cozy up to. The public side of the house presents a subdued presence with a courtyard enclosed by three wings of the house.


The company that did this custom window is Pella

The roof is red cedar. The trim on the face of the gable is decorative. Made from Azek board. The stone Its just a natural stone veneer in earth tones.

The metal roof is copper.



The hall tree was custom made. The walls are Benjamin Moore’s Summer Harvest 206. The trim and ceiling are White Dove.

These wall sconces are from Fourteenth Colony Lighting, model number #3501 and is the sconce with the one candle in it. 

The vanity and mirror are from J. Tribble. The wall treatment is from Stroheim. The wallpaper is Kaila Paperweave in Blanched Almond 8583E-0023.


The french doors are by Pella Windows and Doors. Bound sisal rug

The porch floor is blue stone.The posts are wood and then wrapped with Azek trim pieces.
